Returns Policy

If you're not happy with your order, we want to hear about it!  Requests to return any unused item(s) will be considered by our team on a case-by-case situation.  Simply contact us prior to the use, disposal, and/or distribution of your product(s) and we'll walk you through the process!
Unused products in a good and re-sellable condition can be returned to us within 90 days for a refund less shipping back to the original form of payment.  Returns must be shipped to the following address with a notated order ID number:

Disclaimer: Items without seals (i.e. body scrubs, aroma beads) cannot be returned to for any reason.
Used products may not be returned under any circumstances unless there appears to be substantial manufacturing defects/oversights that were not inflicted during the point of usage.

Shipping fees are not refundable except in special consideration or circumstance.

If our shipping carriers (USPS and/or UPS) cannot delivery your package, a refund less shipping will be issued back to the original form of payment upon return of the undeliverable product(s).
