How do I request to Change or Cancel my order?

We strive to get your order processed and shipped as quickly as possible.  Due to this reason, depending on the stage in processing, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations to an order can be made after the order has received.

If changes are requested, we want to try to help as soon as our office doors open! Please reach out to our Customer Service Department and a representative would be more than happy to assist you in this matter.  We simply require to see the following:

  • The order ID number
  • The customer's registered e-mail address
  • Detailed description of changes that needs to be made
