My candle arrived broken! What do I do?

Oh no! If your candle had arrived damaged, please refrain from using it and reach out to us immediately!  Please send the following information over to our Customer Service Department:

  • A photo of the damaged product
  • A legible copy of your packing slip
  • A photo of the packaging in which the candle had arrived in


Please send these attached files (.jpg and/or .png only) to and Customer Support Representative will be assisting you shortly.
